ELW-440/446 Pump can be widely used in all kinds of works in oil field. When the cylinder liner specification is 6”-3 1/2”, piston structure is recommended and it is suitable for Oil-Well Repair and shallow-well drilling, etc. When the cylinder liner specification is 3 1/4”-2”, axial piston structure is recommended and it is suitable for high-pressure work.

The Pump stand is constructed of steel plates by welding. Furthermore, because the post weld annealing treatment is applied to eliminate the internal stress, its strength is high and its steel is good. Moreover, the strengthening plate structure is adopted in the crank shaft bearing house and the main bearing house, therefore its strength is high and its steel is good.
The crank shaft is constructed of forgings in balance, and thus it is light in weight and it runs smoothly without any vibration.
The gear shaft is made of forgings of alloy steel and the herringbone gear as a whole is installed with medium hardness tooth surface gear on the shaft.
The cross head is made of ductile cast iron by entire cast which thus makes the wear-resistant good. The guide plate is formed in up- and - down structure which thus can adjust the concentricity by the gasket in the up or the down gasket.
The hydraulic cylinder is made of alloy steel cast in straight-through type and its volume small and volumetric efficiency high. Furthermore, the surface of the cylinder has been treated with chemical nickel-plating to enhance its wear-resistant.
The cylinder liners of the W440/446 pump have a same sized external diameter. The fasten effect is achieved by the squared cylinder liner pressing cover and the bolt pressing the hydraulic cylinder. The seal between the cylinder liner and the hydraulic cylinder is achieved by the rubber mat in rectangle.
In the lubrication system, the forced lubricating is adopted. The gear oil pump, which is installed in the oil rank, transmits the pressured oil, through lubrication lines, into the cross head guide plate and all the shafts to achieve the forced lubrication and cooling purpose.
